A third of the podcast audience choose to listen on a monthly basis, with almost 90% listening in the comfort of their homes. More than 80% spend seven hours or more per week listening to a podcast of their choice.
While you may scoff at the idea of using a podcast to promote your business, take this fact into consideration: More than half the people listening to podcasts are more likely to buy something they heard advertised or talked about during a podcast episode.
